The Coleman Riley Legacy Mr. Coleman Riley was a man of high conservative principles and an early Marshall County Republican. Mr. Riley served as the Chairman of the Marshall County Republican Party during the mid 1900's. He lived his life based on his strong conservative values receiving respect from people across the county, state, and nation. He received letters of praise from dignitaries such as his friend and U.S. Senator John Sherman Cooper and President Richard M. Nixon. Because of his high standard of Christian Ethics and Leadership, we honor him with this most important part of bringing about true conservative principles within our county.
